The process of production of Cachaça at Fazenda Soledade is similar to that of sophisticated distillates as the Cognac and the Malt Whisky. All our Cachaça is double distilled in small batches in copper pot stills. The acquired mono distilled Cachaça are produced exclusively from fresh sugarcane juice by selected accredited suppliers, located in various contexts of soil and climate in different regions of Brazil.
